Hand Rolled Pot With Attached Saucer

There are two things very wrong with the design of this planter. Although a beautiful color and texture, because the drainage tray is sealed to the planter, there will always be water left trapped underneath the planter itself, and no way to empty it out. I had the idea to drill a hole into the drainage tray but because very small drain hole inside the planter is located in the center, which is set higher than the edges, there will also be water that can never drain from the planter itself. Unfortunate this design is so poor.
