Fountain Setup & Care Guide
Each fountain is handcrafted and utilizes gravity to create a graceful, trickling effect into the front channels. To ensure optimal performance, please follow these guidelines:
Always observe the fountain immediately upon turning it on to confirm water flows evenly into the slots without spilling over the front. If the flow is uneven, simply use your finger to gently guide and smooth the water along the length of the opening.
Because each piece is handmade, achieving the perfect water flow relies on precise leveling. If water spills down the front, use small shims under the base to level the fountain, especially on uneven outdoor surfaces. Ensure the water level and discharge from the lower rim area are balanced.
If the water flow is too high, the falling water may overshoot the channels. You can easily adjust the included pump to a lower setting to stop splashing and keep the water flowing perfectly into the slots.
Some pumps may produce slight surges that cause minor overflow. Placing a few small pebbles around the top center water output will help regulate the flow, making the water cascade much more smoothly and steadily.
