SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Important information regarding shipping,
freight deliveries, returns, and international shipments.
1. SHIPPING POLICY
Address Changes After Shipment
If a customer changes the shipping address while the carrier is in transit to the original address provided, the customer is responsible for any carrier reconsignment fees.
Order Cancelations
Orders canceled after they have shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as any applicable return shipping charges.
Delivery Appointments
Customers must schedule a delivery appointment if contacted by the carrier. If a call is missed, the carrier should be contacted within 4 hours to avoid potential holding fees.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Items Shipped in Error
Regular stock items shipped in error may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Condition Requirements
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
Refund Eligibility
Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is the result of a Plantatorem error.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a customer changes their mind, they are responsible for repackaging and returning the merchandise before a refund can be issued.
3. LTL FREIGHT DELIVERIES
Large and heavy orders are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers and delivered on pallets.
What to Expect
- Delivery appointments are mandatory.
- Deliveries are curbside only.
- White glove service is not available.
- Customers are responsible for disposal of pallets and packaging materials.
- We strongly recommend photographing shipments before opening.
Damages
If damage occurs, photograph the shipment and email photos and details to:

4. ISLAND & FREIGHT FORWARDED SHIPMENTS
Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
Shipments to HI, AK, and PR are subject to carrier surcharges and may have longer delivery times. Shipping quotes are required for LTL freight. Contact us directly for assistance.
International Shipments
Plantatorem does not ship directly outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for arranging freight forwarders for international shipments and ensuring they can accept the delivery.
